Freshvia.in offers doorstep delivery of fresh fish, including freshwater, seawater, and shellfish varieties, with customized cuts and packaging options. Our goal is to ensure every delivery reaches you with premium freshness and hygiene.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed only through our app or website.
• All payments are processed via secure and verified gateways.
• Prices may change based on market conditions and product availability.
• Once payment is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible after order preparation begins.

3. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are organized in pre-booked batch slots.
• Customers must be available during their selected time slot.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 1 hour of delivery.
• All refund requests must include photos and order details sent to support@freshvia.in.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Offers & Coupons

• Offers and coupon codes may be specific to certain warehouses, customers, or time frames.
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of coupon codes may result in cancellation of benefits.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not engage in fraudulent activity or misuse of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Freshvia.in is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or loss caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, transport issues, or third-party disruptions. Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
