2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value (as shown at checkout). Standard shipping charges apply otherwise and are displayed before final payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking details. You can also track your order status directly through your Freshvia account.

4. Delivery Delays

In case of unforeseen delays such as bad weather, strikes, or remote delivery locations, we will notify you promptly via SMS or email with the revised delivery schedule.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@freshvia.in with photos and your order details. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
