1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Window

All return requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.

3. How to Return

  • Email us at support@freshvia.in with your order number and issue details.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds / Replacements

After inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories such as perishables, food items, and personal care products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
