We value your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel or request a refund, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To cancel, email support@freshvia.in with your order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for:

  • Cancelled orders before dispatch
  • Damaged or defective products (verified case)
  • Wrong items received

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods, opened consumables, and customized products cannot be refunded unless damaged on arrival.
